默认情况还是从官方镜像拉取么？ |

是的。compose启动的时候会优先从环境变量或者.env文件中取出对应的变量，如果没有会使用冒号后面的值作为默认值 具体可以参考这个https://docs.docker.com/compose/environment-variables/env-file/ |
